com.kalv.app. Distribution, payment and refunds are handled by Apple under
Apple's own terms; the terms Apple requires of us are in section 16 of the

The Kalv name, logo, design, interface, texts and images are the property of Aleksandar Dzavric and protected by French and international intellectual-property law. Reproduction or reuse without prior written consent is prohibited. Food data obtained from Open Food Facts is used under the Open Database License and remains the work of its contributors.

Consumer mediation
A consumer may refer a dispute to an approved mediator free of charge. Kalv is sold through the App Store, where the seller of record in Europe is Apple Distribution International Ltd, so mediation for a purchase runs through Apple. No mediator is appointed for the service itself, because it is not sold directly; if it ever is, one will be appointed and named here and in section 15 of the terms of use before the first sale.
